Welcome! This is the official fanfic archive for the Kenshin Fanfiction Discussion Mailing List. However, you do not need to be a member to get your fanfics posted here. We accept anything that is a Rurouni Kenshin fanfic, regardless of genre or content. In other words- the maintainers personal likes, dislikes or affiliations have nothing to do with what gets posted here. 

Another thing: other then this page, this archive is in raw directory format. If you need to get back to this page the URL is www.nabiki.com/nichan/archive This site is link free! If you want to link here, knock your self out. 

Meimi(meimi[at]nabiki.com) [replace the [at] with an @] is the original owner of the KFFDisc mailing list and is basically trying to get the archive up to date now. Please bear with us and excuse the mess.

Gem-chan (gemini52307@hotmail.com) is responsible for cross posting the fanfics from the author directories to their respective category directories.

There are two ways to get your Rurouni Kenshin fanfics posted here; the first is to join KFFDisc- everything that goes through there that isn't marked [Do Not Archive] will end up here. Eventually, it will get put up.

Actually, Meimi encourages you to do it through the mailing list as she might overlook your fanfic if it doesn't have the [KFFDisc] header. She'll try her best not to though.

The other way to get your fanfic posted to the archive is to send it directly to Meimi. But there are a few rules for that:

1)Fanfics must be sent in TEXT ONLY. Please word-wrap them at 65 to 70 characters a line. You don't have to, but Meimi will have to do it if you don't so why don't you save her the trouble?

2)Paragraphs must be separated by one blank line of space. Like the paragraphs on this page are separated. This making reading much much much easier. Be kind to your readers.

3)Include your name or internet handle, email address, and/or webpage at the top of each submission.

4)The address to email your submissions to is: meimi[at]nabiki.com (replace the [at] with an @)

Zip file submissions are accepted. But please don't make them over a megabyte big. Meimi gets really, really annoyed with files that take forever to download because they're usually just viruses.
