At the end of the second millennium,
In the whirlpool of Washington mudslinging that began with
Gennifer Flowers in 1991, there was a lawyer known as Special
Prosecutor. This man, who paved the way for the new Republican era with
these dirty lawsuits, disappeared at the conclusion of the Clinton
impeachment trials. With the passage of time he became a legend, known
simply as "the best."

And so our story begins, in New York, in the year 2009--

Ten years later, he is seen wandering through New York when a
girl is trapped by the mafia in the middle of a property dispute. He
uses his amazing legal skills to save her from the clutches of these
men.

This is the story of a former prosecutor who, now in repentance
for his sins as Special Prosecutor, only uses his legal skills to help
those who need protection.

Disclaimer: I basically did a rewrite of the beginning of the manga "Rurouni
Kenshin." This is just a parody that I wrote because Ken Starr sounds a bit
like Kenshin, and I'm sick of the man and the people who think he's some kinda
