This is the one and only thing I've managed to persuade Sae to write
for the Akabeko.  More silliness from last year...

Kenshin the Red Haired Rurouni (clean version)
 
Kenshin the red haired rurouni (rurouni),
Rushed  home one special Christmas day (a bit nervous),
When with no real warning (no warning!)
A tofu tub came flying his way (duck Kenshin!),

Kenshin deftly dodged it (dodged it),
Sliding left with infinite grace (great motion!),
"Kenshin no baka!" Kaoru shouted (shouted)
As a table hit him in the face! (Orrrooooooooo... Ouch!)

Shielding himself while on one knee Kenshin proceeded to say (Nani? Nani?)
"Kaoru will you marry me, I can't wait another day!"

Then how Kaoru hugged him (hugged him)
As she shouted "YES!" with glee (Orrooooooooo... Hurray!)
"Kenshin, the red haired rurouni (rurouni),
Was finally entering matrimony!
(finally...entering... matrimoooonnyyyyyyyyy....)
