five years of bad movies, all is not what it seems...

101 - "Ma Vie et Roses" (1998)-
A collaboration between two really good authors, Ma Vie et Roses is the story
of bumbling Skyler Sands being thrust into the "Shoujo Kakumei Utena" universe through
a convenient hole in space that sucks in losers. Watch as both authors seem to
bash Skyler at every turn, and watch as Mike & the Bots continue the harassment. Don't miss

102 - "Blood of Heroes" (2000) - This is a Ranma 1/2 crossover with some Legends of King Arthur and Camelot, even though if I hadn't seen that on the subject myself when it came out I probably would have never thought so. This fic features lots of philosophy as an appetizer, a good soup of four characters in the middle, a helping of Akane, and a good old-fashioned SI-kicking-butt scene as dessert. Might as well find some Alka-Seltzer after I'm done...

103 - "Wild Silver" (2000)-These are the prologue and first chapter to the corresponding second chapter that the FFIRC handled in November. Again, it features Ranma and Akane in the unfamiliar Silver Millennium, markin' time until they get their butts whooped and reincarnated into Tokyo later on. Featuring grammar that lacks, characterization on crack, and Queen Serenity doin' smack (towards the end... don't miss it!)

104 - "Keiichi's Bloody Sunday" (1993)-Offered for your enjoyment... an Oh! My Goddess doujinshi script. This script was posted many years back and to my knowledge was never turned into a comic book, which is probably a good thing. This little entry is complexly bad. And for all you sentai lovers, do we have the fic for you!

105 - "Sailor Trigger" (1997)-Crossovers are a very mixed breed of fanfic that usually work incredibly well, or fall completely flat. This crossover, of Sailor Moon and Chrono Trigger, seems to fall in the latter category. In starring roles: currency exchangin', Serena boomerangin', and the author with his friends as "The Red Dragons", who can stop rampaging Maguses and Sailor Jupiters in their tracks!

106 - "Nene's Babysitter" (1999)-This was an MST tackled in tandem with a few friends from FFIRC, supposed to be a group project between myself and another MSTer, Knight Writer. However, schedules never panned out, and this fic itself sat on my head, dancing like Fat Albert after a Thanksgiving meal, for a good five months. I claim credit 'cause I wrote the host seggies. Anyway, this fic details the lengths some authors go to embarrass, humiliate, slanderize, and pretty much defame some characters' reputations. I really can't recommend any scene from this fic, and it's entirely your fault for reading it, just like it was ours for MSTing it. Sound enjoyable yet? I've been told that this is the Oscar of humiliation fics, so try to enjoy.

107 - "Nyquil DOOM!" w/short "Changes" (2001)-Nyquil DOOM... what the FDA didn't want anyone to see! This is the author's first attempt at MSTing yaoi fanfiction. Watch as Heero blatantly disregards labels' instructions! Watch as Wufei pines for love unrequited! Watch as Duo grabs a beer, finds some pork rinds, and sacks out on the couch for the Lions-Bears game... well, I wish he did. Included is short "Changes", which is true to word... it changes what YOU might think is legitimate fanfic. Watch as a fanfic goes completely PLOTLESS and tries to survive. Much like Grandpa when he thought he could hear again and ripped out his hearing aid... whoops.

201- "Infertia's Son" (2002)- The author introduces this fanfic as a crossover between Ranma 1/2, El Hazard (explaining the title somewhat) and Ah, My Goddess. However, there's only one out-of-place character here, and that's the inserted one. Anyway, we'll present this as one of many examples of "Let's see how many ways we can rewrite the Ranma 1/2 First Volume!" Granted, we usually try for 'plausibility' on that score. Be on the lookout for some strange characterization and Akane's three-hour tour.

202- "Moon Honey Flash", parts 3-4 (1999)- This is the second half to what Megane 6.7 (and I) MSTed back in October. Trust us, all of the zanyness from the first part is more than represented here in the second! As before, it features lots and lots of Sailor Moon exposition, an extended appearance by the spore, and even more Tuxy-bashing. Enjoy!

203- "From Weird to Weirder", Chapter 2 (2000)- Here we have yet another crossover between Sailor Moon and Ranma. Unlike the first season's "Wild Silver", we also have a "new character" much like Navi from "Infertia's Son". In this fic, we cover the meeting of Ranma, 'special friend', and Senshi as they now all go to the same school... Charles Xavier's School for the Genetically Gifted. Oh wait, that's a different crossover.

204- "Dragon Of the Night" (2004)- Mike, Joel and the Bots are treated to a Naruto fanfic by the Mads in this experiment. It's a "new character" fanfic, which leads to many of the usual characters getting put in their place like they should! Watch for the SI's... err, "new character's" mad porn-destroying skills.

205- "Friends, Family, and San Francisco": This fanfic features Sailor Moon as conceptualized by the writers of "My So-Called Life". Raye is taken away from Japan due to a custody issue and does everything she can short of serial arson to get away. There's beauty pageants, little brothers, parental abuse... and what angst 'fic wouldn't be complete with a touch of teenage pregnancy to boot?
